Where can I begin, I am 78 years old, female, the perfect picture of someone to be taken advantage of. Sad but true! I was once again sitting in a garage with another senior woman who was telling me she was here for an oil change and found out it was going to once again cost her over a thousand dollars. Then, I found out that my bill was over $1500.00 for the same work I had done 2 weeks previously and was here for a question about that work. Long story short, one of the mechanics in that shop told me to go to "Jim Haines", so those many years ago, I did. Seniors, they are people with old fashioned values, remember honesty? Drive in there with an issue and Jim comes outside to review your vehicle and complaint to adequately help you resolve it usually faster than the industry norm. A big thank you to the mechanics at the Haines Exxon Service Ctr in Allentown, after they pumped my Tank out after I had mistakenly put diesel fuel in it. I was traveling from Maine to Florida, and after I had realized the mistake they all immediately pushed my truck in the garage, pumped out my tank and within a couple of hours I was back on my way and the price was very reasonable. I could tell these are honest good people here.
